1. Cancellation Policy: Once a consultation is booked, refunds will not be issued if canceled after 12 hours of booking.
2. Incorrect Information: Refunds will not be provided if incorrect information is provided by the customer.
3. Service Completion: Refunds will not be issued once the Astro-Synergy service(s) has been completed and delivered to the customer(s).
4. Double Payment: In the event of an accidental double payment, the extra amount will be refunded to the customer.
5. Rescheduling: Customers may request a change in the date and time of their consultation and Astro-Synergy services if provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in the service being considered fulfilled, and no refund or rescheduling will be entertained.
6. You have the option to cancel your service and request a partial refund within 48 hours of payment receipt. After this period, refunds won't be available, but your credits remain active indefinitely and can be transferred. You can save your service for a later date, gift it to someone else, or use the purchase amount towards any other services offered.
